Adults can absorb up to 2 cups per day, and children can consume up to 1 cup per day. You should also consume this mixture within the first 24 hours after preparation.

You can also use chamomile, marshmallow, rosehip, and mint to brew linden. All these ingredients are finely chopped and can be mixed evenly. Then, 1 teaspoon provided that the cut plant in a glass of boiled water and can boil for 2 minutes. After brewing for about 10 minutes, you can drain and start to consume by adding honey.
